Samara had had to remind herself to keep it together for Dana’s sake, because they’d been in an audition, but she had been even more impressed with her, thinking about how just yesterday, Dana had been reading with Grace and had played Stella. It had only been a few lines, really, but Dana had captured Stella, too. This woman was clearly very talented, and she was also sex on a stick when she went into Bray mode, so that had made things difficult for Samara when they’d started their dance.

Them dancing together hadn’t been a requirement, but she’d known it could help sell it for Dana and their chemistry, if they had any, and damn, if they hadn’t had it in spades. Shehadn’t ever been held by a woman like that, so she had been surprised at how natural it had come to her to dance with Dana behind her, holding on to her, putting her hands on Samara’s skin. Samara had actually reached for Dana’s hair all on her own, forgetting that part had even been in the script until after she had done it. Right when she knew Dana would be kissing her neck as Bray, though, she had pulled away from her, pretending like the song that hadn’t been playing had ended.

After Dana had left, Samara had excused herself to go to the bathroom and had rushed to her trailer. In there, she splashed cold water on her face before drying it off and stared at herself in the mirror. She was feeling the pulse between her legs and knew she needed to get laid already. Preferably, with a beautiful woman who wouldn’t recognize her. What were the chances she could find a tourist here, who wouldn’t be familiar with any of her TV shows or movies, whom she could take back to her hotel room? Surely, no woman would believe a movie star would be stayingthere. They could have sex, and Samara could find some excuse to get her to leave after, not wanting to fall asleep next to a stranger.

“God, get it together,” she told herself and looked down when she felt it.

She was wet. She was so damn wet; she needed new underwear. She went into the small bedroom and torn off her jeans. Finding a spare pair in a drawer, she kicked the white panties she’d worn off until they were on the floor. She told herself that it wasn’t Dana specifically, because it wasn’t, really. It was the fact that she’d been ready to be with a woman for a while now. She wanted soft hands on her skin, soft lips sucking at her flesh. Guys were fine, but she’d had enough of them for now. She wanted to feel a woman above her and beneath her, have their bodies pressed together. She wanted to go down on a woman for the first time and have those soft lips wrap around her own clit.

“Fuck!” she exclaimed in frustration and dropped down half-naked onto the bed.

Her fingers went to her clit immediately, and she foundit hard and ready. She knew she didn’t have much time; they would be expecting her back soon. But she had just enough time for one orgasm, if she could come fast enough.

Samara stroked quickly, picturing a nameless, faceless woman in a bar with dim lighting and loud music. In her mind, she’d bought the woman a drink, danced with her the same way she’d just danced with Dana, and that was when the nameless, faceless womanbecameDana. It was Dana taking her down a dark hallway, past other couples making out and fondling one another, until they were outside the bar entirely.

“Fuck,” she said again, rubbing faster.

It was Dana’s hand slipping under Samara’s dress and cupping her as she sucked on her pulse point. Then, it was Dana pushing deep inside her and fucking Samara until she came hard with her teeth biting down on Dana’s shoulder.

“Fuck! Yes!” she exclaimed as she continued to picture it while stroking herself.

She came quickly and hard, biting her bottom lip as she continued to stroke slowly to calm herself down before she had to stop, stand, clean up, and get back to work.

???

“Samara?” Bryce said.

“Yeah? Sorry. What?” She’d been zoned out, picturing Dana fucking her again against that wall, so she hadn’t caught whatever Bryce had just said.

“Are you okay? You look a little flushed,” Reed noted.

“It’s just hot in here,” she said.

“Really? I turned the thing down to, like, sixty-five because it’s so hotoutside,” Bryce said.

“Anyway… What did you need?”

“Your thoughts on Dana,” Faye said. “We’ve still got a couple we can fly in.”

“I think she’s good,” Samara replied.

“She doesn’t have any film experience. Does she even have an agent we can call? Did we find that out?” Reed asked.

“I don’t think so, but–” Bryce began.

“She can borrow mine,” Samara offered. “I’ll call him tonight, if you want me to.”

“She canborrowyour agent?” Reed asked.

“He’s been my agent forever. I’m sure he’d do this for me and quickly. She’s union, right?”

“She’s part of the local, yeah, but I don’t know how all that works. Your agent will take care of her, though, not take advantage because she’s inexperienced, right?” Bryce asked.

“Oh, yeah. He’ll figure out the union stuff or pull the lawyers in. If he tries to take advantage of her or something like that, he won’t work for me anymore. I’ll call him when I get back to my hotel room, if you want.”

“We’re not fully decided on Dana. We’ve got that one video we’re waiting on,” Faye said. “She’s got a ton of experience and a name people know. She’s an indie darling.”

“Yeah, but is she the best fit?” Reed asked. “And can she commit to being here for two months? We have a break for Christmas, I know, but other than that, we’re going to be here for two months. Can she even commit to that, given her other projects?”
