“Yes, we’re ready,” Samara said.
Dana was on top of her again, and they had their flesh-toned garments covering all the spots they had spent hours caressing, licking, and sucking before. Dana smiled down at her and knew that Samara was ready this time. In fact, Dana was supposed to start with the kiss, but Samara leaned up and captured Dana’s lips first.
“Um… Ladies, I haven’t said action yet,” Reed noted.
“Oh, sorry,” Samara replied, laughing a little.
“And we need the continuity there,Stella, so let Bray take the lead, okay?”
“Yeah, letBraytake the lead,” Dana teased her.
“Shut up,” Samara said and laughed. “I’m ready. Sorry.”
“Here we go.” Reed yelled her usual cadence and then said, “Action.”
Dana rubbed her nose against Samara’s to get her to lift her head a bit so that their lips could meet. They kissed, and Samara’s hands roamed her back freely now. Samara’s hips even lifted slightly, which made Dana want to smirk, but she held it in, not wanting to ruin the shot. When it was time for Dana to move her lips to Samara’s neck, she was surprised to feel Samara’s hand on her ass, cupping it and pressing it down a little.
“Babe?” she whispered softly into Samara’s ear as she kissed her neck.
“Can you move your head a little, Dana?” Reed asked. “Samara, push her hair out of the way while she kisses you so that we can get more of her face.”
That took them both out of the moment, and Samara’s hand moved back to Dana’s hip and stayed there. Every so often, though, she would give Dana a little squeeze, and Dana knew that was Samara, not Stella. She knew Samara was telling her that she was okay now, not just pretending to get the job done.
“And cut,” Reed said.
After hours of making out, which wasn’t a problem for Dana in the slightest, they had gotten this part of the scene and had been released to get some sleep.
“Hey, when do you want to… do that thing we talked about?” Samara asked while on their way to their trailers.
“Yeah?” Dana checked, excited. “Right now,” she added with a wink.
“Now? It’s three in the morning.”
“So? It’s New Orleans,” Dana replied with a smile.
CHAPTER 29
“Where are we going at three in the morning? We could just stay in bed and sleep. Ornotsleep. I could use a little more ofnotsleeping.”
“How is that possible?” Dana asked as she pulled her car out of the lot.
“What? That I wantmoresex with you? Give me a break. I just started having sex with women. It’s really, really good, and I want more.”
“Women orwoman?” Dana asked.
“Woman, smart-ass,” she said and reached over to take Dana’s hand. “We’re in the car. We can hold hands in here.”
“You don’t have your wig on, so we should be careful about where we go,” Dana noted, entwining their fingers.
“As long as it’s not a crowded bar, I should be okay,” she replied. “It’s not a huge deal. Most people are cool. They just want pictures and stuff. But when you’re on a first date with a girl you like, you don’t really want to have to stop and take pictures with strangers.”
“Well, not everything is the French Quarter or Jackson Square around here. If you want, we can just walk around. Canal Street will be busy, but not nearly as busy as the Quarter, and it’s not that bad this time of year. There aren’t any big events in town right now that I know of, so we can meander and talk.”
“You’d rather meander and talk than take me to bed?” she teased, placing Dana’s hand high up on her inner thigh.
Dana laughed and replied, “It’s a first date, Samara. I’m trying to behave.”
Samara smiled at her and moved her hand to the back of Dana’s neck.
