He swallowed as fast as he could but some cum escaped to roll down his chin. When he was pretty sure Coop was done, Rick leaned back and placed a gentle kiss on the head, knowing Coop had to be sensitive.
“I’ll return the favor as soon as I can stand without falling over. Oh, wait, maybe that’s what I need to do, drop to my knees as they’re not going to hold me up much longer.” Coop staggered to the side a bit, but before he could kneel, Rick stood and pushed him against the shower stall.
“I love the sound of that but…umm…” Rick was a bit embarrassed so he hid his face in Coop’s chest.
“What?” Coop asked as he ran his hands over Rick’s back.
“I kinda came with you,” Rick whispered.
“Seriously? Oh, that’s fucking hot.” Coop reached around Rick and grabbed something. Rick was still blissed out from coming without any stimulation. He felt Coop rub something against his back and relaxed. “Let’s wash up, then climb into bed. I don’t know about you but I could nap for a while.”
Rick nodded. One of the best ideas he’d heard all day.
Chapter Twelve – Coop
Waking up next to Rick, his soldier boy, was probably the only thing in the world Coop liked more than winning a race. He watched Rick sleep, drooling a little on the pillow. Coop traced a line around his face, from above his brows, down his cheek, and over to his perfect mouth. How had he managed to become so entangled in this man’s life? And how had he almost managed to fuck it all up at the restaurant the night before?
Being an idiot, that’s how. It was hard not to feel insecure next to this educated, professional, and sexy as hell man. He’d been all over the place with his emotions. When Rick hadn’t answered his texts, Coop figured he’d wised up and dumped him. How wrong he had been. He was so excited to see Rick at that restaurant, he ran over and jumped him, but before they’d even ordered food, he was back to fucking things up with his uncertainties. It was easy to be comfortable on his bike. Not so easy when he didn’t know where he stood with Rick. But he wanted to be the center of Rick’s world—just as Rick was the center of his. And hell, Rick had an incredible future. Wait. Didn’t he say jumping out of a Black Hawk? Coop had seen that movie. That was dangerous. More dangerous than racing dirt bikes.
Rick made a cute sleepy noise and rolled over, then back again. One eye opened, and he smiled. “Hi.”
But Coop was still thinking about Rick jumping out of helicopters. “You kind of smoothed that over last night, huh?”
“Smoothed what? Huh?” Rick sat up.
“Helicopters. Combat. Jumping…” Coop glared at Rick. “That is way more dangerous than dirt bike racing. You know that, right?”
“No. I’m highly trained. Or will be when the time comes.”
“So am I.”
“Hmph.” Rick rolled over and buried his face in the pillow.
“Rick? I like you a lot. I want to make a go of this. But that shit is scary, dude. It’s bad enough that you want to jump out of perfectly good airplanes—aircraft. But jumping out of a Black Hawk?”
“I’m in danger no matter what, Coop. You realize that, don’t you? I’m in the military.” He faced Coop again. “But, okay, the adrenaline rush you feel on the track? I feel it in the air.”
“So we agree to disagree?”
“No.” Rick grabbed Coop and pulled him into his arms. “We trust that we both know what we’re doing in our chosen field. And we talk about our fears, but don’t let it come between us.”
Coop’s face was scrunched against Rick’s hard chest with Rick’s warm arms wrapped tightly around him, giving him the warm cozies. This was the best. “I don’t want to let you go.”
“Me too, Hot Wheels. Me too.”
“Good. Because I really want to feel you inside me right now, Rick.” He wanted to be as close as possible to this man, so close that they could share a body, before they had to part ways and return to their regular lives. He wanted something to remember Rick. “I need to be feeling you for days.”
“I, uh…you meantopyou?”
“Yeah.” Coop kissed Rick’s chest. “You top? I don’t think we ever talked about that. I’m kinda verse, but right now…I need more.”
“I can top, yeah.” He didn’t sound confident.
Coop sat up and looked down at Rick’s worried face. “Have you ever done that? It’s okay if you haven’t.”
“No, I have. It’s been a while and…”
“And what?”
