Penn gazed at her, his expression unreadable then gave a brief nod. Tamara unzipped his fly and took out his cock. Even flaccid, it was huge and she took it into her mouth, running her tongue along the vein. She worked on him, but it remained limp and, frustrated, she looked up at him. “Is Master okay?”
Penn sighed and lifted her off of him. “I’m sorry, I’m just not in the mood. I’ll pay you, of course.”
Tamara got to her feet and slipped her robe on, taking a long swig of vodka straight from the bottle. “Is there something else I can help you with? You know, we’ve been meeting for months now. I can more than just your sub.”
Penn looked amused. “I have no doubt you can.”
She sat down opposite him. “You look tired.”
“I am. Family stuff.”
Tamara ran a hand through her long blonde hair, and looked up at him from under her lashes. “Your wife?”
He gave her a half-smile. “I’m not married.” So, the pregnant woman was his girlfriend.
“Any kids?”
“Not yet.” That wasn’t an answer. “How about you?”
“No kids. Never wanted them. No husband. Ditto.” There was no use lying to him. What she wanted was him, not a ring or a brood of screaming brats. She wanted him, the mystery of him. Penn Black fascinated her, the danger in his eyes, his barely concealed brutality. She went to him now, sitting on his hard thighs, pressing her lips to his. He never usually allowed her to kiss him now, but tonight, he seemed different. He slid his fingers into her hair, kissing her tenderly for the first time.
Tamara felt something shift inside her. She gazed into the deep brown of his eyes. Without speaking, he swept her up into his arms and got to his feet, carrying her over to the rarely used bed. Tamara kept her lips on his as he slipped the robe from her body, and lay down on top of her.
For Tamara, the next hour was a revelation. They made the time to explore each other’s bodies as if they had never met before. When Penn lifted her legs over his shoulders and used his tongue on her, she closed her eyes, giving herself over to the sensations he sent shooting through her body. She was a quivering wreck as he moved to kiss her mouth, and then his cock was gliding inside of her and they began to make love, slowly, tenderly, their gazes locked.
Tamara let go of all her control to him, letting him dictate control over her body in a new way – not that of a Dom/Sub but as a woman who knew, without doubt, that she was in love with this man.
It was a strange, new feeling for her. Softness. She was letting it into her heart for this man. “I love you,” she whispered, not caring if the words scared him. She knew them to be the most honest words she had ever spoken.
Penn Black stroked her hair back from her face and kissed her. The next moment, she was stunned beyond words as she heard his whisper. “I love you, too.”
Her cracked, wounded, black heart fell open then and she smiled at him. “I’m yours, forever, Penn Black. Forever.”
And he gathered her into his arms and they began again where they had left off.
Chapter Fifteen
Clemence, radiant and ethereal, smiled at Sofia as the other woman entered the café. She stood and embraced Sofia, kissing her cheeks. “Congratulations, Sofia. I hear the opening was a triumph, for everyone, but particularly you.”
Sofia blushed. “It was a surreal experience,” she admitted with a smile as they sat and ordered tea. That was an understatement, she thought. “How are you? How is the baby?”
Clemence smoothed her hand over her bump. “We’re getting to the serious part. She’s kicking up a storm at the moment. Here.” She grabbed Sofia’s hand and put it on her belly. “Feel it.”
Sofia, uncomfortable at the intimacy, was going to draw away but then she felt a strange rippling under her palm. Her eyes widened. “Wow.”
Clemence grinned. “It’s weird, huh?” She looked at Sofia with sympathy. “I know this must be hard for you to reconcile, Sofia, me having Ivo’s baby when your relationship is so new.”
Sofia smiled gently. “I’m used to strange familial arrangements. It’s okay.”
“Oh, that’s right, Ivo mentioned your situation. Terrible business.”
Sofia was taken aback. “He told you?”
“We talk daily, about the baby, and of course, we are still great friends. He worries about you.”
