I nodded to them before we all went our separate ways. I rode through Houston to get back to theWarren Hotelfeeling like the entire world was at my fingertips. From the girl of my dreams to the business taking off, that young boy who sold drugs to make a way was finally at peace. I dropped the car off with valet making my way through the opulent lobby before heading up to our floor. The ride up and the walk to the room were a blur and the next thing I knew I was climbing in the bed, wrapping my arms around Porsha letting it rest on her little baby bump. I felt a little thump under my palm and I knew that was my son telling me I’d done a good job.

“You good?” Porsha sleepily tooted her ass back forcing me to pull her even closer.

“I’m here with you and him. Everything is perfect. Go back to sleep before I give you a reason to wake up.” I kissed her shoulder feeling the adrenaline drain from me and sleep take me in its grasp.

“I love you, City.”

“I love you too, Pretty. Thank you for making my dreams come true.”
