“My bookbag?”I ask his back as he walks away.“Is it part of your naughty schoolgirl routine?”I joke.

He doesn’t turn around.“No, Madison. You’re going to go over your class schedule with me so I know when you need to be at the university and what assignments are due so I can make sure you get your studies done on time.”

Myles leaves the room, pulling the door halfway closed again. His footsteps resound on the stairs as he takes them two at a time. He’s fleeing.I hope it’s because I flustered him when I rose onto my knees.I like the idea of that.

Chapter7

Madison

“Submitting to you is boring,” I whine when Myles pulls up to the building where my first class of the day is located.

He chuckles.“Do you have your assignment in your backpack?”

I roll my eyes.“Yes,Master.You’ve asked me five times already.I’ve been getting to class on time with my homework for my whole life.I’ve got it.”

“I’m okay with you sassing me as long as you’re okay going to classes with a sore bottom.”

I roll my eyes harder, if that’s a thing.“Promises, promises.”

I’ve been submitting to Myles for two days.So far, it’s been nothing but him bossing me around and me doing his bidding.

B.O.R.I.N.G.

“Submission isn’t always orgasms and cotton candy, Madison. You need to understand that.D/s for me is a way of life. It’s a give and take.I give you what you crave, and you take what I offer.”He chuckles again. He’s teasing me.Sort of.

I reach for the handle of the door.

Myles sets a hand over my arm, stopping me.“Where are you permitted to go, Madison?”

“I know.I know.Class, lunch, and the library.”

“If you need to be anywhere else, you’ll text me first so I’ll know where you are.I checked your account with the cafeteria. You have plenty of money in there to get lunch.Have a nice day.I’ll pick you up at four.”

As I go to open the door, he grips my arm and tugs.

I look at him.

He has a raised eyebrow and a partial smirk. He’s getting a kick out of this.

“Yes, Sir,” I say, cutting the sass out of my voice.

“Good girl.”He releases me, and I head for my first class.

I look over my shoulder ten times on my way to the building.Myles doesn’t pull away until I’m completely out of sight.

I almost feel bad for giving him such a hard time.I had no idea I could be so sassy.I don’t even know why I do it.It’s like I started and now I can’t stop. It’s an odd dynamic.

Myles is unflappable. He shows no signs of being flustered by my attitude. He seems to get a kick out of our weird new relationship.

“Girl, where have you been?”

I spin around to find Kelsey—one of my roommates—behind me.I grip my backpack and smile.“Hey, sorry.I texted you to let you know I was staying with Myles.”

She snorts.“Is Myles the hot DILF who picked you up from the bar Friday night?”

“Yeah.”I don’t bother to argue with her about calling him a DILF.I’m not willing to share anything about our relationship. It’s private. It also seems like something no one my age would understand.

“He’s a friend of your dad’s?”Kelsey asks.
