“I’m pregnant, you idiot.”
Leo grins. He reaches behind him and grabs a medium-sized gift bag I didn’t see. It’s black with gold stars on it.
“What’s this?” I ask as I open it.
“You may not have got a t-shirt printed, but I did.”
I take out a white t-shirt from the bag and laugh when I see what’s written on the front of it. “Leo’s Baby Mama.” That sounds awful. “Please never call me that.” I playfully smack his shoulder. “So, you knew?”
“I’ve known for a few days. You didn’t think I’d notice the way you stroke your stomach or that your nipples are super sensitive?” He curves his hand around my cheek. “I notice everything about you, principessa. I love you.”
“I love you too.”
Crawling onto his lap, I rest my head against his shoulder. When I walked into Aphrodite’s looking for a husband, I didn’t expect to find the love of my life. But I did, and I am never letting him go.
The End
