Reality show drama, bad decisions and broken rules… will she ruin it again?

After last season’s scandal, Alexis Wolf, the “villain” of the lesbian reality show The Sapphic Match, is promised a redemption arc and a sun-drenched lavender estate in Provence if she just plays by the rules. All she has to do is pretend she has never broken a woman’s heart and choose a winner on cue while the bouquets pile up in at her feet. But the more the cameras roll, the more impossible it feels to fake a fairytale she doesn’t believe she deserves.
Birdie Sinclair only signs up for The Sapphic Match because her bookstore is struggling. A free trip to France with an early exit sounds easier than admitting she’s still hung up on the woman who turned her one reckless yes into a one-night stand. She expects cocktails and a little fun flirting, not to walk into the villa and discover that this season’s bachelorette is the one woman she has never been able to forget.
The producers want drama, the audience wants a fairytale, and both women secretly want their second chance at love. Alexis is desperate not to destroy The Sapphic Match a second time, but Birdie makes behaving herself feel impossible. When the final bouquet is in her hands, Alexis has to decide if she will protect her image, protect the show, or finally choose the messy, forbidden love she never thought she deserved—even if it means blowing up the script for good.
