Smoke (Austin “Smoke’em” Vaughn) is back and trying to adjust to the “new” Skilletsville where the evil mayor is dead, his best friend is not only RICH, but married, and he’s THIS CLOSE to getting his dream of being a full-fledged Destroyer.
